Bill Hellkamp

Friday, March 24, 2017
11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Success is an uphill climb. Some of the barriers we face can be overcome with hard work and effort. Others can be surmounted with knowledge and capability. But there are times in our professional lives where we need to display courage in order to move to the next level. Those decision points where we choose to stride forward or fall back often turn on our ability to display a moment of courage.

It is that spark which causes us to make the bold choice and venture forth into the untried. As we watch some of our peers it seems that they are fearless, while we seem to hesitate so often. How do they do it? Where does that courage come from and how can I get it? In this presentation Bill Hellkamp, founder of REACH Development Systems, will discuss what causes us to be fearful and how we can develop that “Little spark of courage” when we most need it.
