You know presentation skills are critical to your success. Unfortunately, there’s a presentation culture right now that often embraces a style that hurts more than it helps. We’ll make better rules based on neuroscience and we’ll defuse the weapon of mass-presentation-destruction called PowerPoint. You will leave with concrete ideas for improvements to your presentations.
Mark Kretschmar is a professional speaker, mentor, adjunct professor, and corporate communicator. Organizations and individuals hire Mark to get more done in less time and win more business by communicating better. He focuses on working together better and increasing sales and productivity through better presentations, and is especially good with engineers and other technical types.
He is the past president of the Minnesota chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators and past board member of the Association for Talent Development – Greater Twin Cities chapter.
His work has won IABC Gold, Silver, and Bronze Quill awards as well as an MRA HR Excellence Award.
He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Communication Studies; he is also an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) with the International Association of Business Communicators, and a PMC-III certified marketer with Pragmatic Marketing.
