Quickly promoted into leadership, he helped grow a $400M private company through an IPO, international expansion and product diversification into a $2.4B company. He was then tapped to lead the turnaround of an ailing public company as COO and then CEO. Glen and his team took the company from multi-million-dollar losses to profitability and 40% growth in eighteen months. He has now dedicated his work to helping others grow their careers and companies as CEO of Apex North Business Coaching, and keynote speaker with Conversion-omics.
He is co-author of the book “Rock & Sand Premium Edition.” When not helping CEOs, Entrepreneurs and business leaders achieve their growth goals, he enjoys cycling, running and spending time with family & friends.
