    SME Peer Groups

To supplement the Learning Sessions, SME members have the opportunity to participate in small peer group discussions. Peer groups allow members to openly discuss their business challenges, gain valuable insight from other business leaders and engage in peer-to-peer learning.

SME currently offers two peer groups – one focused on leadership issues and the other driven by members’ interests and business challenges. All peer groups are conducted in a confidential manner, allowing members the opportunity to candidly share their trials, successes and current issues. Experienced leaders facilitate the groups, giving members an opportunity to address their business challenges and add input to the value of the conversation. The cost of participation in peer groups is included with your annual SME membership.

“I am a member of SME MN to continuously grow professionally and personally. I believe we live in a ‘grow or die’ world. The SME 7:44 a.m. breakfasts continue to bring both new ideas and reminders regarding how to be a more effective leader; how to grow your business. The roundtables provide a forum to learn from the best practices of peers along with the development of more friendships.”
