11:00 am - 1:00 pm
We spend a lot of time discussing how to satisfy our customers. Unfortunately a satisfied customer is fickle and still looking for the best value. A loyal customer on the other hand is a great asset to your organization. In this workshop we will discuss the value of loyalty over satisfaction and learn behaviors that promote higher levels of loyalty. Finally we will show the participants a verified method of dealing with customer problems (they often come in the form of complaints) that will bring them to a mutually satisfactory resolution and further build loyalty to your organization and its product or services.
