Marni Hockenberg, President of Hockenberg Search is an award-winning veteran of the executive search industry who transitioned her search business into Outplacement and Executive Job Search coaching. She is the founder of Gears & Gadgets, a manufacturing industry networking group and a master networker in the business community. She has been recognized as one of Minnesota Business Magazine’s (Real) Power 50. Marni is sought after as a keynote speaker, facilitator, and expert commentator in local and national media on hiring and employment topics. Marni received her BS in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Iowa, and is certified by the Adler Group in Performance-based Hiring.
M.E.G. Roy is a Talent Optimization Certified Consultant with PI Midwest. A licensed professional in a suite of assessments, she has developed a deep understanding of human analytics and their application in leadership development and talent management over the last decade. After 25 years in the financial services industry, specifically in mergers and acquisitions, MEG has a keen respect for the importance of human analytics relative to the bottom line of any business valuation. Her mission is to provide scientifically-validated data that can transform the hiring process and impact the management of people in business globally. MEG has a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts, and completed graduate work in communications and business at Boston University, University of Wisconsin-Superior and the University of St. Thomas.
