In the wake of COVID-19 there have been a lot of questions on a manufacturers sales and marketing teams best response. This presentation will discuss what strategies and tactics manufacturers are using and what is or isn’t working. We will also discuss where we see trends taking us into 2021. Please join us for this important discussion.
Jeff Radichel has 20 years of success in the B2B manufacturing community. His prior experience includes Lion Precision, CAT pumps, Capital Safety Corporation (3M), Graco, and The Toro Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He also serves as a board member for Manufacturers Alliance and the Dunwoody Applied Business School. He has successfully overseen and grown international sales for manufacturing export around the world with sales teams based in places like China. He founded The Next Step Inc. in 2015 to focus on small to mid-size manufacturers, selling internationally in the B2B space. The Next Step Inc. areas of focus include marketing, product development, operations, and sales.
